羅斯特隕石坑（Rost）是月球正面西南部一座古老的大撞擊坑，約形成于39.2-38.5億年前的酒海紀1，其名稱取自德國天文學家約翰·倫哈德·羅斯特（1688年-1727年），1935年被國際天文學聯合會正式接受。

該隕坑西北坐落了綿長的席勒環形山、北面毗鄰略大的拜耳隕石坑，古老的的沙伊納環形山位于它的東北、西南則靠近略小的韋格爾隕石坑2。 該隕坑中心月面坐標為56°25′S 33°50′W? / ?56.42°S 33.84°W，直徑46.85公里3，深約2.301公里1。
羅斯特隕石坑外觀圓狀，帶有一圈低矮、磨損的坑壁，環坑沿覆蓋有許多細小的撞擊坑，尤其是西南和北側。隕坑內側壁陡緩不均，且顯示有一些微弱的階坡狀結構。它的坑壁最大高出周邊地形1100米1，內部容積約有1721.54立方千米1，坑內底表較為平坦，除散布有一些小隕坑外，沒有其它醒目的地貌結構。
羅斯特隕石坑位于席勒-祖基盆地東部，該盆地的外環介于羅斯特隕石坑和衛星坑羅斯特 A之間。
